This products is a homeopathic Anti Gas formula, the main ingredient is charcoal. The charcoal attracts the intestinal gas, absorbs it and carries it out of the body. It works great! There are other ingredient in this product as well, so I still prefer pure activated charcoal pills. But it still gets the job done.
