I loved the color, on the instructions it says just to add one layer and it's actually all you need, it doesn't stay on for very long though I know when I go out I feel like I'm checking it every half an hour twenty mins.

Ciaté London is a brand that is well known for their niche in nails however in the spring of 2015 the made a jump into the cosmetic world, and what a wonderful thing that was. I recently purchased a Sephora lip lover package which contained a full sized Ciaté London Liquid Velvet lipstick in Risqué.
This liquid lipstick is different from most I have tried in quite a few ways. It's a thicker consistency than most liquid lipsticks I have tried. It lasts for at least 6-8 hours depending on what you are doing. For that amount of time it does not crack, feather, fade or smudge at all; it looked as fierce at hour 6 as it did the first minute I put it on!

The colour is absolutely gorgeous, this velvety lipstick applies flawlessly with its sponge tip applicator and has a beautiful bold matte finish. From what I can tell it isn't moisturizing but it doesn't dry your lips out or crack either.


Overall this is a perfect lipstick for this holiday season and I cannot wait to try their other products. They definitely jumped into the cosmetic world on a positive note.
