I always wondered what these were, and bough them on sale.
I still have no idea what they are, but they taste yummy.
They do have a lot of sugar per serving (3 blocks) so I don't think I would eat them that often...you are supposed to take them during physical activity, but seriously, who would carry these during activity?
I didn't find that these gave me any sort of extra energy during exertion.
