Clorox Disinfecting Wipes Decor Canisters

I love the new, pretty container! Clorox wipes are a staple item in my kitchen, bathroom, and classroom. I use them for everything! They do not leave a messy residue and are very easy to use!

This is a story about how Clorox Wipes saved my life. Please stop reading now if you are queasy about bathroom talk ;)

My young son (3-yr) was not feeling well. He roamed around the house whining and making a general nuisance of himself when suddenly he let off a giant toot. I turned around and saw the (starts with sh--, rhymes with...) fitstorm.

The Clorox wipes were sitting out in my bathroom, so I grabbed at the box and swiped a handful. Yanked the undies off and wiped up the entire mess quickly, including my son (who I later rinsed off, never fear) although the gagging nearly did me in.

Normally, I would never purchase disposable wipes being a bit of an eco freak (I received these free to review), but I can't tell you how comforting it was to wipe up the whole mess in a few swipes knowing it was also sanitized and I didn't have to launder a reusable cloth (make that, toss out an expensive Norwex reusable cloth!)

The decor canister is cute, but I wouldn't buy it just because of that. The scent is fresh-- very non bleachy and the convenience factor for just such an occasion made it more than worth the price.

Absolutely loved this product. I found the canister to be attractive enough to set out on my counter. It was easy to open and close and the wipes stayed moist inside.

I have granite counter tops and don't generally use wipes because they either dry out too fast or they streak like crazy. These wipes were great. They cleaned and disinfected really well, but what I also liked is that they lasted a long time. A single wipe was enough to clean all the counters in my kitchen. I loved these so much that I usually grabbed a second one and hit the bathroom.

Overall, a great product that does what it says. I will definitely be buying this in the future.

Definitely love this product. As I'm the kind of person who takes a mere 20 minutes out of my life to wipe surfaces, these wipes are perfect! What I noticed most was the longevity - it doesn't dry out as quickly as similar products do - one wipe is all you need.

Works great for all surfaces too. I didn't notice any white residue or streak marks on my television or glass. I tried using it for my walls and it worked okay - not as good as the Mr Clean Eraser.

Great deal and you won't feel the need to hide it under your sink.

I really enjoyed this product. Firstly, it has a very pretty, decorative canister to hold the wipes so it makes my kitchen prettier. I used these wipes to clean up after preparing food on the counters and I loved the way it wiped the mess up and left it sanitized. I also used these wipes to clean up the table where my daughter eats lunch and dinner, it was very effective. It made me feel very confident that I was getting all the food, germs and bacteria wiped up. I love these wipes and the container!

I love this product. I leave it on the back of my toilet, and it makes for quick and easy clean ups. Which is great with 3 kids and a hubby. I have taught my son to clean up after he misses the toilet and he actually does it now, there is no excuse since the wipes are right there. I will be buying another one for the other bathroom. I reccomend this to any busy mom. great product.

Pros:
-The packaging is very modern and cute. The top makes it easy to use!
-It is very convenient. It fits in almost anywhere and you can set it out without it looking too much like a cleanser
-The sheets are super strong.
-I have been using them to mostly disinfect my bathroom counter. They are EXCELLENT at cleaning. And they don't drip or make a mess.

Cons:
-The top pops off at times. This isn't much of a concern though. It doesn't happen often.
-This does not smell like lemon at all. It smells like cleanser. Not pretty or refreshing. It does disappate fairly quickly so it's not too bad.
-This is definitely for use to cleanse and disinfect. It will not pick up pieces of dirt. It only swirls the dirt around and you must use something else to pick up pieces of anything.
-This is not an ecological or animal friendly product! Not in the least!

Overall, I think this would be a great product to use if it were less toxic and more eco-compassionate. I will start looking for something like it (Method or Seventh Generation?) to clean because the product works so well and is a great idea! I cannot recommend it based on health concerns and animal issues!

I received this product from ChickAdvisor and I have to say that I have not been disappointed! While I have used Clorox wipes in the past, I typically stored them with the cleaning chemicals--out of sight.

The first thing I noticed about the wipes was the pleasant and clean scent. It was not at all chemically or overpowering and it didn't burn my nose like other cleaning products do. The wipes weren't soggy and slippery--they felt moist and thick. When I used them to clean the sink, I was able to scrub away dried-on toothpaste and bath crayon residue without my fingers poking through the wipe. They didn't leave a soapy residue on the sink, either.

The package is attractive without being gaudy and calling attention to itself. I had no problem leaving it out in plain sight (and out of reach of my children) since it looks better than most tissue boxes. These wipes are extremely convenient--the decorative canister adds to the convenience since they don't have to be hidden away.

This product is a must-have in any home--especially in one like mine with four children and multiple pets! I enthusiastically recommend these wipes!

I loved these! They look pretty sitting on the countertop, and they smell wonderful! I like the nice lightly floral scent, it leaves your surfaces smelling great and germ free! I can't live without them!

Thanks for Chick Advisor for sending me this product! I’m a clean/neat freak so was really happy to try out a cleaning product. I loved the box – very colourful and you can leave it on the counter because it looked nice. The one I received was a lemon scent – nice, fresh and light (wasn’t an overwhelming smell).

Personally, I liked using the product and found that it was reasonably effective in my bathroom and kitchen, but my fiancée didn’t like the fact of the extra garbage (that doesn’t go in the green bin) and more chemicals in the house. When I cleaned the sink with the product I found that it didn’t have the same shin and left a strange residue that made the water repel the sink. In the other areas in the house it seemed fine and I didn’t notice streaks.

I don’t see myself buying the product only because I think I can find more reusable methods to clean my home. Effective – yes, but not something I’m going to run out to buy.
