Amazing product, there are 5 different capsules to take, all in a handy sachet, so it's simple enough to do. Tip - take it after food to start with, after a week it's ok to take on an empty stomach, but try for yourself, this is just me.

I started seeing results after 3 weeks. First thing to notice was more energy throughout the day, then a glow. Around week 2, my skin started to feel firmer, less droop.

So in summary - my skin is firmer, and I have a 'glow' ;-)

I'll keep taking for the recommended 3 months and see what else I gain!
