Covergirl bombshell shineshadow are creams shadows that have a smooth consistency almost like a mousse. they are so easy to apply and they blend beautifully. the colors are buildable too. they can also act as a base for eyeshadows. highly recommand

I originally purchased the gold goddess (315), I liked the product so much that I purchased the ooh la lilac (320) to match a sweater I had bought. The shadow goes on nicely and lasts for hours- I love the colours, they are similar to the outside packaging, which makes it really easy to match up with your wardrobe. I would recommend this product to anyone who wears eye shadow and has problems with the powder shadow wearing off within a couple hours.

Not the best, makes your eyelids feel wet and gross...and it smears and it's not cute....maybe more a wintertime shadow not built for summertime heat.

Not bad but not great either. I had to tap it on otherwise it kept rubbing off. I wore it to the beach and it was great for its wet texture as opposed to powder shadow.

I'm still kind of on the fence about this product. I have tried it in three shades: a gold, a rose gold (pinkish hue) and the purple. I love the colour range, I'm really into metallics on eyes at the moment (which in itself sounds kind of silly, I realise) but I love the way a metallic catches the light. I especially love the gold shades, I found them exactly the right pigmentation. Not too strong but strong enough that you see colour. The purple is pretty too and because it isn't too intense, it's wearable. These shadows do crease. I have tried with and without a primer and it makes no difference, it creases and clumps around your lid crease and you end up with a build up of cream shadow. Adding a powder on top will help to set though and add more colour if you want a more dramatic look. Lasting power isn't great, I would say it lasts a good 3 hours maybe? The price isn't bad, but there are similar products out there with great pigment and staying power for a little bit more. Overall, a decent product but nothing to blow you away.
