Because of the nylon brush, it is not an easy brush to master for the beginners. For more experienced users, it does allow the ability to create a thinner line. Despite the name, it is not really waterproof - it will run in the presence of water or tears. The color payoff is good with great pigmentation. It does take some time to dry and may flake with vigorous rubbing. There is plenty of product in the tube, which means that it will last for months without drying out.

There are certainly better eyeliners out there, but for the price, it is worth a try.
