This conditioner is for natural and coloured hair....specifically for blonde. It's a lot thicker than other conditioner (it comes in a tub, so you scoop it out). I have fine hair, so a little went a long way and lasted me a long time. I would let it sit on my hair for as long as I could. It helped maintain my blonde colouring and I didn't experience that brass appearance
