Smells amazing. Claims it's good for plumps pouts, seals split ends, glosses, softens heals and lips, tames brows, conditions cuticles, pops cheekbones, brightens dark circles, and nourishes dryness.

It's quite greasy, so I only really use it before bed. Doesn't work as effectively as a facial moisturizer as I'd like and no effect on dark circles. Worked great on dry lips, eyebrows, and cuticles. Don't really seeing it working as a lip plumper. Worth a try, though.
