The DeLonghi Cool Touch Deep Fryer has a large 2.2 lb capacity, and a cool touch exterior.

A viewing window lets you safely check on the cooking process with the lid closed. Filters prevent the release of oil vapors and odors into your kitchen.

I have owned this deep fryer for 7 years and it has always worked perfectly. French fries come out golden brown. It is easy care cleaning the grease changing. Highly recommend it!!!
