Stick with cleansing balms.

Decided to give this product a try due to its cult status and thousands of positive rave reviews as a first step to my double cleanse and it was extremely disappointing to say the least.

There is not one good thing I can say about this product. The packaging is cheap and tacky in a plastic bottle, the smell is horrendous, the oil feels super dry as you’re rubbing it on your skin, using more made me break out, and the texture of the product just does not feel good on the skin.

The price point is great but I’d rather pay more for a better product. Oils aren’t for me and I may or may not try another one in the future but for now I’m sticking with a cleansing balm for the first step, which feels far more luxurious and cleansing.

Worst cleansing oil ever

This cleansing oil did nothing for me in terms of removing my makeup. I felt like I was just applying an oil to my face with no ingredients that actually remove makeup. I had to cleanse another 2 times with another cleanser to take my makeup off. I gave this a go a few times to make it work but it didn’t work for me at all.

90% olive oil

I have really dry skin and like using natural products so I was hopeful that this deep cleansing oil what's something that I would like. Unfortunately the Rosemary scent and the olive oil face made it feel more like I was putting cooking ingredients on my face then anything else. I will give it high marks for being a very effective makeup remover without a lot of chemicals in it but not as a cleanser as others have mentioned they felt like washing their face afterwards. I will not be purchasing this product but I'm thankful that I had a chance to use one of their samples which they were so kind to me it to me.

The smell is terrible i can not tolerate placing something on my face that smells that bad
