This stuff is good but doesn't work great. The value is not the best. Kind of the cheap stuff but does the trick for certain things. Kids like it and not a big deal if they waste it cuz it's very inexpensive

Not sure if this is actually good. As soon as I opened the bottle, the liquid was globby and viscous, which was different from the other glow in the dark paints that I have used. It was sealed in a paper backing and then sealed with foil, so I doubt that air got into it. When spread onto a surface, it went on uneven and chunky, but can be distributed more evenly using a sponge brush. It dried within an hour. It did require a few coats for the glowing paint to work. It did stay put when exposed to water.

I had purchased this because it seemed like a decent value at two dollars for a good sized bottle. Considered the work needed to make it look decent, it was not worth it.
