This great, aged, dense balsamic vinegar is from the land of balsamics, Modena! It is not watery or has that vinegar smell to it. I am not a vinegar person (other than mixing it in home made ointments and stuff or using it for cleaning) and I was never a balsamic vinegar person either, well until I tried this one...
Grill a nice juicy steak and while your steak is resting on the side mix Due Vittorie, chopped fresh rosemary, a clove of garlic and finely chopped chili and pour this mixture on your steak, or have some arugula on a platter, dice some green apples, shred some carrots, add a little amount of chopped spring onions, last but not least drizzle your Due Vittorie and top it off with some crumbled feta cheese (this great salad recipe is one of my inventions and everybody loves it) or try it on some fresh strawberries!
