After being diagnosed as dairy intolerant, I had to go on the hunt for a new replacement for butter/margarine. This stuff does the trick, as it's not only great as a spread over various foods, but can be used in baking as well. It has a bit of a hard texture, so when using it on things like toast it can be a little difficult until it warms up. The taste is comparable to your typical Becel spread, but because the ingredients list is much shorter, the shelf life is shorter too.
Great alternative to butter or margarine. Comes in Soy free and organic.
