I was saddened by my purchase of a mouldy carton of this milk. It was mouldy within 1 day of opening rather than 7-10. I've never had this issue with any non-dairy almond milks (and I have tried pretty much every one available at my grocer). For the 1 day that I could drink it, I really loved it. It is sweeter than most milks I purchase (usually unsweetened) but it was a nice treat. If i ever buy again I would like to try baking with it.

I found the coconut to be too sweet for my tasting.

This is my non-dairy "milk" of choice. It has the nutritional profile that I want, has a good consistency (being neither too thick nor too watery), and tastes delicious.
