Ebates is a US based rebates company. You make a purchase from a list of online stores through "tickets" opened for you. There are Canadian stores and the rest are US. It works by giving you a cash rebate based on a percentage of your purchase. It pays after three or more months.

I used Ebates for many months and it was running smoothly with the small rebate amounts. However, when I purchased printer toner with a 32% rebate, Ebates did not pay because it said I did not use their system. Ebates would not provide the rebate even though I had "tickets" opened for the date of purchase. I was not impressed.

I have stopped using Ebates because of this problem. I would not have ordered the toner if it had not been for the 32% rebate. I have not received a reply to an email send over a week ago to Ebates customer service telling of my displeasure with their system. Ebates was however quick to reply that I was not entitled to a rebate.
