I scored this gem for $5 at Winners and it's a great eyeliner! It's very pigmented, dark, and doesn't run out quickly like SO many other pen liquid eyeliners. It has a fine tip, which makes it easy to use, and a good grip which makes it easy to hold. If I'm able to find this liner again I will for sure buy more!
