This product is available from Walmart and comparable to Advil cold and Sinus Plus. This is the most helpful cold remedy that I have found next to the Advil brand but at a lower price by several dollars. I use it at the onset of symptoms and so far this is the first winter that I have made it through without actually having a cold. With being both an antihistamine and a decongestant in one medication, is also means one remedy for all of your cold symptoms.
