Great for touching up or setting makeup

I really love this powder except for the fact that it breaks after a few weeks of me having it, I find I cant keep it in a purse or makeup bag and If I bump it on my makeup desk it just shatters. It is a really great podwer tho and it sets my makeup in place all day, for drugstore its really really good and comparable to high end!

I was surprised that a lot of people liked and recommended this. While the value is great, unfortunately, this powder did not sit well on my skin. It left a white film over my makeup and did not look appealing at all. I do have combo/sensitive skin so it's possible that it works with different skin types, but it did not work well for me at all. There are plenty of other great powders in the drugstore, I would pass on this one and spend a few extra dollars!

Cette poudre est excellente pour le prix, elle lisse vraiment bien le teint. Seul petit bémol, elle ne tient pas toute la journée, mais elle tient au moins 7 à 8 heures selon les activités pratiquées dans la journée. Je recommande tout de même ce produit!

this essence matt fixing powder is so smooth and silky. it gives a natural finish to the skin and it does not add any coverage. it have oily skin and it keeps me matte for about 4 hours which is amazing. it is also so affordable so i highly recommand

Many reviewers stated that this product really controlled their oiliness. I have a lot of oiliness on my nose, and was hoping this would keep me matte for a few hours. It truly did not work for me at all. I become oily after less than an hour of wear. This may be good for people with dry skin. Still can't go wrong with the price though! Worth a try.

This whole company is amazing they make products so affordable and the products rock this power is amazing for the on the go and when you get a little shiny though out the day this is perfect for your purse i will buy this product again for sure

This product works but the issue I have is that it leaves a bit of a white cast on my face. So I have to use a very light hand. If it was translucent I would give it 5 stars. I have light-med skin tone. For anyone with tan or darker skin I would steer clear of this one.

This powder is always in my purse. When I need to touch up my makeup this is what I use. It is matte and will remove all the oil from your skin. Very nice if you're on the go! And also it's very cheap.

First off I love Essence. I love everything the brand offers. Such affordable makeup. I wasn't crazy about this product because the packaging broke within a few days. The product itself was okay. It did make me matte but it also leaves a white cast where applied. I did blend but you could still see it in some light/photos. I don't think I will repurchase but Essence is still my fave!

Pretty good compact powder for setting your makeup. I just wish they had more shades. I paid $4.99 at Shoppers Drug Mart.
