Good for starters!

I used this product many years before it was discontinued. I really enjoyed using it when I was learning to draw an eyeliner wing and it was pretty difficult but with this pen because of the tip design it came out smoothly. I do recommend but the only thing I noticed was for people with sensitive skin should take caution as after a few days I noticed slight redness on my eyelids

Ce crayon va bien mais je trouve que la pointe est un peu trop grosse.
Elle trace des lignes un peu plus épaisse.
si vous être plus du genre de petite ligne ce n'est pas le crayon pour vous
mais si vous aimez faire des yeux de chat. c'est le crayon parfait pour vous

Although I love other essence eye liner, I'm not a fan of this pen. I wear winged eyeliner almost every day and I found that this gave a watery colour... not very dark... I felt like I was using a crayola marker.

As much as I'd love to really LOVE this pen, I find that it doesn't hold up very well. Not only does the Ultra Black go on looking like a watered down liner, it also rubs off if you just touch it. I do like to use it for winged liner before going over it with pencil and making it darker and last longer. I have purchased more just for that reason. It's also very easy to use!

The felt tip is way too thick to get a nice winged out line.
