If you're undecided about a colour, or want to try out make up and not spend a lot, Essence is worth a look. I have not loved their lip gloss, and have not tried any mascara, or face make up, but am a fan of their eyeshadow, in particular anything with a bit of shimmer. Honestly for less than $3, it's a bet worth making.
