What happens when a girl on the fringe enters the realm of New York's chic, party-hopping elite?

Soon after Bette Robinson quits her horrendous Manhattan banking job like the impulsive girl she's never been, the novelty of walking her four-pound dog around the unglamorous Murray Hill neighborhood wears as thin as the "What are you going to do with your life?" phone calls from her parents. Then Bette meets Kelly, head of Manhattan's hottest PR firm, and suddenly she has a brand-new job where the primary requirement is to see and be seen inside the VIP rooms of the city's most exclusive nightclubs. But when Bette begins appearing in a vicious new gossip column, she realizes that the line between her personal life and her professional life is...invisible.

Everyone Worth Knowing wasn't as good as The Devil Wears Prada, but it still had its moments for sure! EWK isn't as detailed as DWP, but you still got enough story for sure.

Note: Chasing Harry Winston was dreadful - you can see that this author has been rushed in her pas two novels for sure - it shows!

I loved the Devil Wears Prada so when I heard that the author came out with a new book I went quickly to get it. I don't know why but I found this book harder to get through than Devil Wears Prada...it never really hooked me. I did end up finishing the book but it took longer than it should of because it did not captivate my interest like Devil Wears Prada did. Anyway, if you want some good light reading then I guess it is not bad but it is definitely far from the top of the chick lit books I have read.

Amazing book! It is written by Lauren Weisberger which is the same author of "The Devil Wears Prada." It's a really fun book about a girl who gets swept up into the life of event planning for celebs and what happens to her life in the process. It's cute, and a fun read! I'd definitely recommend it!!
