My favorite balsamic ever! Evoolution (based in Edmonton, growing in size) offers this in $13, $19, and $31 size bottles. All last a fairly long time. The smallest bottle (200 ml) will last you a few months if you don't use it often, and less if you're a balsamic addict like I am. However, investing in the bigger bottles is a worth it too. This white balsamic tastes very crisp and does have a hint of peach flavour. It is IDEAL for dipping bread into or adding to a salad.
