FeetFirst has long disappeared from the Canadian landscape - while these boots still remain. I hope that they still do. Comfortable and stylish, they provide enough grip for most slippery conditions and keeps my feet dry while in snow or puddles. The faux leather is easy to clean off with a wet towel, though I use a synthetic leather cleaner to restore its shine. The look is sophisticated. I have hiked and walked long distances in these before, and they have kept me from slipping - plus they still feel comfy while doing so. A great pair of boots.
I'd been looking for a pair of nice dress boots for a while. I wanted something with a nice toe shape - not too pointy, square or round. These are perfect in between, they fit great on the calf. I find a lot of long boots gap at the calf but these don't at all. They work with jeans tucked in or solo with a skirt and tights. Very elegant and classic yet with a nice little kitten heel so you get the look of long tall boots but really you have a very comfortable heel. Considering most boots I was looking at were in the $200 - $300 range, these were a great find!
