I absolutely love keeping these bars on me! If I forget about breakfast, I can have one. If I'm feeling peckish in the afternoon, I can have one. And I never feel guilty! They taste really good for a bar and they are healthy enough that you feel like you're doing good for your body. LOVE IT!

These taste like a sweet granola bar and I am sure they are not the healthiest option but it is a tasty way to add a little more fiber in your day.
