I had this and the same thing happened with the movement. The music and lights worked but it would no longer moved. I called Fisher Price and they sent me a whole new motor/ lights/ mobile piece for free. It was easy to change and worked great. It was sent in 3 days.

It's a great swing and even though it did break, I had great customer service.

I purchased this swing at Toys R US for $219.99 plus tax two months ago. I thought it was cute it comes with a canopy and it projects stars from the mobile. It does have a very soft comfortable and machine washable seat cover which is great but it no longer works. The mobile lights and music still work great but the swing no longer swings. I tried replacing the adapter and using batteries but nothing will start it back up. I don't recommend this especially not for the price.
