i recently bought a block of this brand of butter to try. Also because it was on sale! Now while the butter tastes okay, I found that it does not keep well. I always keep my butter in the fridge then cut off a chunk to soften for dinner. Today, when I reached for the butter in the fridge and unwrapped it, I discovered MOLD on it! I was really grossed out and threw the block out, there was about half left. Two of my friends have said that they experienced the same thing, that this butter goes bad before you can finish it. I am never buying this brand again, no matter how cheap it is.
