    I purchased the Formula X Effects in Whirlpool on sale at Sephora. Beautiful nail polish! The finish is different than most nail polishes. It feels a little grainy. It's sparkly yet matte. Hard to describe... It's beautiful! 2 coats are completely opaque. I will definitely buy this again. I recommend.
