BAD BOOK!!! Very condescending. Do not get this book or read it. A whole load of garbage.
Despite what the title suggests, this book will make you hungry. Mireille Guiliano reveals the secrets of French women and how they eat well without becoming obese. The focus is on eating healthy, eating locally and in season. It is a comprehensive guide on how to enjoy everything in moderation.
I fell in love with this book and bought a copy for my Mom enjoyed it as much as I did. There are recipes and tips for eating delicious things you would never have thought of. If you follow this philosophy you will have much healthier eating habits without having to deprive yourself. It is not a "diet book", it is a wellness book. I highly recommend it.
