The Black Tea Mask smells lightly of black tea and is a creamy white paste. It left my skin smooth and soft! It smells sweet. The price is little bit higher
I got this for as a 20 ml sample with my fresh purchase in the USA. Normally 100mls of this will set you back $103 cad before tax at Sephora.
It's definitely a different mask....smooth like a silicone based primer, and makes the skin very soft. The instructions say leave on for 5-10 minutes or overnight. Since the price was so high, I tended to leave it on over night.
While it does go on very smoothly, and makes very baby soft skin, it also has a nice cooling effect that feels nice. Other then that, I don't think my face looks brighter the next day...and I have used this once to twice a week for a month straight with the sample I was given.
Also, unless I put on this mask, generally I only cleanse at night and not in the morning. Now, if I forget that I put this mask on in the evening, and forget to wash it off in the morning, I break out from this formula. When I put this mask on, I have to put a calender reminder to re-cleanse my face in the morning.
Is it an okay product? it's...okay....I guess.
Is it for me? No, as it does end up giving me blemishes, and even more blemishes if I don't remove the product in a timely manner.
Would I recommend it? It's a great reviewed product.....but for my money, the Fresh Umbrian Clay bar (which I have reviewed on chick advisor) is a much better value for my dollar and my face. I would not recommend this product....not for $103 for 100 mls.
