Best make up cleanser.

I do try a lot of different makeup cleansers and this one is the best I ever used. Smells nice, removed all makeup from face easily. Leaves face soft.

this lotion is amazing! it is so easy on the eyes and removes all eye makeup easily. I don't have to scrub my eyes just and easy wipe and it is gone! Love it and is a must have.

Garnier Clean+ Makeup Removing Cleansing Lotion has is a quick-break lotion that releases the powerful cleansing agents to dissolve impurities and waterproof mascara while plant extracts and Moringa seed stop your skin from drying out.
This is not a normal makeup remover or cleanser. It seems like a fairly thick lotion (shake the tube though, it separates) and should be applied to dry skin (although I have used it in the shower and it still works great). You can remove it with cotton pads or water.
It acts as a makeup remover (and can really breakdown waterproof makeup in seconds yet not sting your eyes!) and a cleanser but is not drying at all.
