The only good thing it smells great. But for my thick course hair it dose not moisturize it enough so it leaves it dry still. But I had worse conditioners and it does seem to work for most hair.

nice and light in texture..great smell..did not weigh down hair...washed out well...did not notice improvement in hair strength.
