I have used this hair dye in a red tone before. Its super affordable and usually on sale. It does on nicely, very simple mixing, it just fades really fast.

I am on a student budget with naturally blonde hair. Blonde isn't really my style so I choose to colour it a darker black. Because I am broke, I tend to do my own hair with box dye. It's terrible for my hair but perfect for my aesthetic.
This box dye is my go to. It advertises as a more natural choice and it's usually on sale for about 4 to 6 dollars which is AMAZING especially since I have to buy it every two months. The chemical smell isn't as bad as other brands & it looks natural with my skin tone. Most people are shocked to find out it isn't my true colour.
It's not good for your hair by any means but for the price & simplicity of it, it is a good product.

i have been coloring my hair for over 20 years, and this is the first hair color i would ever honestly recommend to others. it is so easy to prepare. it is easy to apply...doesn't drip at all. there is no harsh odor. the directions were simple to follow. it rinsed out easily. i like that there is a conditioner to apply after rinsing it out. the next day my hair looked soo good. the color was even and my hair was smooth and shiny.

I use hair dyes regularly, normally get the one that is on sale when I need to buy one.
I have used Garnier plenty of times but must say that I see no difference with all other brands. They all do the same thing to my hair.
I only wish it would last longer and not have to redo it every month.

Covers my gray's well.. and also.. really smells so much better then most ! :)

Mixes very easy and easy to apply (not too runny so very little cleanup on skin). Covers grey quite well. For a non-permanent I give it a thumbs up. As my grey grows from the roots and I end up with a skunk like part the colours lasts from dye job to dye job at home.

I Love this product it doesn't have a nasty smell and it doesn't dry out my hair thank god.

In the flood of hair color options in the market, I do have a preference for Garnier Herbashine. Firstly, it has no ammonia - that means no bad smell! Secondly, it does the job in 10 minutes - what else can we ask for :) I did notice that the greys were back in 2 weeks - but I am willing to touch up frequently if the product has no ammonia. You win some - you lose some!

No weird hair dye smell..lovely color..affordable..but ny grey was back two weeks later
