This is the best eye make-up remover I have ever used, and believe me, I have tried them all. Most of them burn my eyes. Yeah, my eyes are pretty sensitive, as I'm sure most of your eyes are. This Garnier eye make-up remover not only doesn't burn, but it moisturizes my eye area. I really love that! It's because of the grape water that's in it. Best part is it removes waterproof make-up too!
