Gag....

This is without a doubt the worst frozen pizza I have ever had. Baked according to directions. Yechhh! If you like 90% spongy dough, no sauce, sparse cheese, and bland toppings, this one's for you. I choked down one small slice, just as a test. Inedible. The rest of it is headed for the landfill. I hope the crows and gulls don't gag, too!

Disgusting attempt at replacing Delissio.

After following the cooking instructions to perfection, I'm left with an unpalatable mess of bland pizza. It tastes like a cheap replacement no better than its Walmart counterparts. Low quality cheese, crust, and sauce result in an overall underwhelming meal. Don't waste your money on this crap. Just order in.

Giuseppe Pizza

I was buying these pizzas when the pizza I usually buy was to high in price. These Giuseppe pizzas are not the best will not buy them any more. I don’t know if it’s the sauce, cheese, or dough.

Ew!

Rises well, until it almost resembles a loaf of bread. Tasteless toppings and tomato sauce put this in the “so bad, even for frozen pizza” category. Don’t waste your money.

If you actually enjoy pizza, buy any other brand

I don't know what "Dr. Oetker" is making the crust for Giuseppe frozen pizzas out of, but it is in no way a traditional pizza crust; more like a cracker. I imagine their goal was to make the crust as crispy as humanly possible, but in getting that "crispy", they perfectly missed the mark in terms of taste and mouth feel of that crust. Very disappointing. Worse, if you've baked it 15 seconds too long, you risk breaking a tooth - it gets startlingly hard very quickly, and if that weren't enough; if you reheat the pizza the next day, that crust gets sloppy and wet in the microwave.

Inedible. When your kids complain about PIZZA, you have a real problem and every single Giuseppe rising crust pizza has the same problem. Their Hawaiian, the favorite of my children is especially vile, again; ruined by that crust.

Did someone say pizza?

This pizza is one of the best frozen pizzas I've tried and if I didn't cook it myself, I wouldn't have known it came out of my oven. Fully cooked throughout, it was well browned and had a voluminous crust that was crispy on the bottom and bready.
It was so good and so filling, I think I found my new favourite frozen pizza!

Overall quite good for freezer pizza!

I’m usually not one for frozen prepared food however I saw a couple at the grocery store load up on these when they were onsale. I decided to give it a try. I bought the Hawaiian. With any frozen pizza I always add more cheese. Being affordable means they have to cut costs somewhere and I’m assuming less toppings. The amount of pineapple and ham was enough for my liking.

I used my pizza store and I was thrilled with the way the crust turned out. The crust was crisp on the outside but still was soft and doughy on the inside. Best frozen crust iv ever had, hands down! Overall the taste exceeded expectations. Great job, worth every penny!

Giuseppe pizza very little sauce but rises excellent.

I notice theres a big change with Giuseppe pepperoni pizza compared to their original when they first made them years ago. I bought mine in ontario, canada now for the 6th time and each time there is very little sauce on it. Originally when I first had their pizza years ago it had alot of sauce, red in color with a big flavor combined with excellent pepperoni, now its very little sauce and slightly orange to the color with a very light different kind of unsatisfying taste(although the pepperoni is very good maby not as strong in flavor as original), what a disappointment as years ago Giuseppe's pizza was a break through with alot of sauce and big flavor compared to other frozen pizzas now its no longer and I notice Delissio is following them with very little sauce as well with perfect rising dough each time. The dough rises excellent and perfect whereas for years prior sometimes the dough would not rise good enough or not at all. It seems they made a change to the dough where it rises perfect but with very little sauce and a lighter pizza than original. If they could combine the new perfect rising dough with their original pizza then it would be perfect.

Recently ruined

They recently changed the recipe. Now the pizza is almost as plain as Delissio. It used to be great, it had a unique tasting crust, flavourful sauce, good and abundant cheese. Now the dough tastes more like cardboard, and the sauce tastes like plain tomato paste. Very disappointing recipe change.
