About a year ago my husband painted my son's room and dripped paint in several places over our light grey carpet. It dried out and we were unable to get it out. We tried several non-toxic carpet cleaners and nothing worked.
But last week I visited my local Canadian Tire and spoke to one of their staff who recommended this product, Gloves Off. I was not hopeful but I realized that I had a $2 off coupon from save.ca and decided to give it a try.
I went home, followed the instruction on the bottle and I was amazed because it worked! I did have to reapply on some bigger spots but the paint stains are gone. The company does suggest that you do a patch test first, but I didn't since I figured that the carpet was already damaged from the paint stains anyways.
As a last note, this product claims to be readily biodegradable, and made from natural and eco-sustainable ingredients. Great for an environment conscious family like us.
