I received this product for free to try as part of the Gosh Godess campaign. I only started getting into defining my brows about a year ago and had tried pencils and powder but never tried anything like this so I was very excited. I found it did give nice definition to my brows and once I got the hang of it was fairly easy to use, I do however with that the wand/brush that came with it was maybe a bit smaller. I don't know if I would purchase this item as it did not "fill in" my brows as well as a powder product in my opinion, but for girls already blessed with fuller brows I definetly recommend this for defining and shaping!

I generally use a pencil so it was interesting using this brow gel. I though it would smudge but went on smooth, stayed on and was natural looking. I have thin eyebrows and this made them look fuller without looking fake.

I have recently started to appreciate brow products, something I used to basically ignore in my make up routine. This year I have been totally into brow defining and all the ways in which I can enhance my eyebrows. The opportunity to try this brow gel was exciting! Yes the brow gel gives my brows a very nice look. The shade wasn;t too fake looking and I really like how it added some textuire to my thin brows. I did find using a mascara like wand a little tricky and it took me awhile to adjust from using a brow pencil. Although I like the look of the brow defining gel, I will continue to use my good old basic pencil! I just find it easier to shape and define with a small pencil in hand rather than a long wand. It's not so easy! Gosh Defining brow gel is good. The quality is also very good. The gel certainly stayed where I put it and managed to keep its look all day long. It did feel like something was there and that feeling I just don't get from a regular pencil. Dont be discouraged, and this may be exaxtly what you find easier to work with! If you like brow gels, this Gosh product is for you! Well worth it! If you need a little more control, I say a pencil is the eay to go!

To be fair I was expecting to receive an eye brow pencil not a brow gel. For someone who has very full dark eyebrows the idea of a brow gel just wasn't something I wanted to use. I did try it for the sake of this review and was not crazy about the results. It took a lot of experimenting with the product to make sure I didn't have too much product on my brows. Even once I managed to reduce the amount of product on my brows it wasn't the look I was going for. I could see if you had very light brows or brows that have faded spots this would be helpful. Also if you brows just don't hold in place this could be beneficial. Given that I don't have any of these issues it is hard to judge the product fairly.

I'm more of a pencil or powder kind of gal for filling in my brows, so definitely was interested in trying a brow gel.

First, i just want to say that my hair and brows are naturally dark dark brown, so I was a bit disappointed that the "brown shade" was much much lighter than I could use.

However, I still gave it a go. Oddly enough, the application allows for a very subtle enhancement.. my brows seemed fuller but they didn't look "fake" (i.e. you cant really tell that i lightened them). Odd yes, but I would complain.

Where I see the shortfalls...

The applicator want is horrible - it's like a mascara wand which is too big for my brows... a better wand would've been more ideal.
The colour seemed to not have lasted all day... several hours perhaps.
I wouldn't recommend this for a weekend night out... if you want more emphasis and angled definition, this isn't the product... more for every day usage.

Oher than that, I don't think I will buy this product again, I will stay with my current (Anastasia products) but it was a good effort on Gosh's part to win me over... just not the product for me.

Was not so sure about the product as I have never used anything on my eyebrows but for someone who seems to be graying no where else but my eyebrows I decided to give it a go. The color is natural looking to my natural colour and did not look like anything was applied while keeping them neat and tidy.

This isn't a product that I would normally purchase so I wasnt sure about trying it. I got this product as part of a free trial. I fount it difficult to apply, the brush almost seemed too big. The colour wasn't bad and once you got it on it looked great. My brows are naturally dark so I don't normally apply anything to them as they stand ouot well on their own. The product was nice, just not something I would normally purchase out of necessity.

My major conern or dis-like about this product is that the wand was big, like a mascara brush; I feel like if it were smaller it would be easier t\o use (I kept getting it on my skin)

I recieved this product as a free trial and unfortunately was not happy with it. The color was too red (it was supposed to be brown) and the brush to apply the gel was not well designed. It is in the shape of a mascara brush which does not allow for proper application. If the color of the gel was more brown and the brush was designed differently I think the product would be much better.

I received the Gosh Defining Brow Gel to rate and review from Chickadvisor for free. I must say I am in love with this product. To be honest, I have never used a brow gel before, so I wasn't even sure exactly what it was. After giving it a try, I can't imagine not ever using a brow gel again. It makes my brows so full and such a nice dark brown colour. I can't really compare it to other products, as I've never used a brow gel or brush before, but what I do know is that I am now hooked, and will definitely be purchasing this product in the future and recommending it to friends :) Thanks Chickadvisor and Gosh! #GoshGoddess
