I like to add this to my daughters smoothie because she doesn't eat substantial amounts of vegetables. I feel like this is a great substitute for her diet and nutritional needs.

This powder includes multi vitamin and greens for those who don't get enough greens in their diets. Mixes in very well with a glass of citrus juice. Needs to be stirred in very well.
