I have tried out two other Straightening Brushes so far, one horrible, and one that was pretty good, this one falls just below the best one I have tried.
When it comes to heating up the Straightening Brush, it takes maybe about two minutes for it to heat to the highest setting, which is 230 degrees Celsius. One thing I would add or change, add Fahrenheit in for US users. So the wait time is not too bad, but still longer than a normal flat iron. There are only 3 buttons on the Straightening Brush, on/off, and temp up and down.
My hair is normally pretty frizzy and curly, so these can be a bit challenging since they do not completely straighten. When using this, I made sure to take a small part of hair at a time to go through the brush. While the first pass did a pretty good job, a second helped to get the remaining curls. In the end, this Straightening Brush did a pretty good job, and my hair was a lot straighter than it was to begin with, even though not completely. This does take longer than using a flat iron, but does have the brush built in, which is nice. Overall, this seems to be a pretty decent product, made well, and does a pretty decent straightening job.
