This Havit gaming mouse is one of those devices that will be extremely useful for some people, and probably nothing special for others. It works very well and comes with several features I found very useful, but it's clearly designed to be of the most benefit to power users and MMO and MOBA gamers.

This mouse is well-designed with a sleek shape that fit comfortably on my hand, and has very adjustable sensitivity settings, with a small display on the mouse itself so you never have to guess at what the DPI is at now. The mouse actually supports 7 DPI settings, whereas most would only support 3 or so. This means you can customize on the fly exactly how sensitive you want the mouse to be.The lights on the mouse can be customized to a variety of colours, and they're not so bright that they might distract your eye.

One big feature this mouse can boast is the 12 programmable buttons located on the left-hand side, where your thumb would rest. Gamers will especially appreciate these, as many games (and MMOs in particular) can benefit from having those buttons so close to your fingertips. The only problem is that it can be hard to figure out which button you're about to press without looking, and anyone who has no need for these buttons will probably find them annoying. When not gaming, I found that the buttons felt odd to my thumb, and it was distracting.

Overall, this mouse performed very well during work and during games. It was accurate, smooth, and didn't jitter at all. I made use of the buttons while gaming and I'm sure they would be useful for other gamers, but I did find them a bit distracting when using the mouse for work or simple web browsing. Still, I recommend this mouse to anyone who wants a gaming mouse with a host of useful features.
