Herbal Essences Tousle Me Softly Spray Gel

I was really excited to try this product because of its claims to give natural looking waves. As soon as I purchased it, I tried using it right away; only to be really disappointed. It left my hair really stringy, dry, kind of tangled, and not natural looking at all! So I've given it other chances since I have purchased it, trying to used it when my hair is really wet and letting it dry naturally, also when my hair is damp... nothing seems to make this product do what it claims to do. I will not be purchasing this product again.

I have naturally wavy hair and I was hoping to find a product that would better define my waves.
This product really let me down. :(
I sprayed it into my hair when it was damp before blow-drying and after my hair was dry it was just a frizzy mess and flat.
Maybe this product works better when you put it in your hair and let it dry naturally? I'm not sure but since it made my hair so frizzy the first time, I don't want to try it again.
I would never buy this product again and I will probably throw the rest of the spray in the garbage. :(

I "sprunch" my hair (thts what some ppl call it, don't really now the official name) alot! So i thought this product would be perfect for me, I really had my heart set on the mousse but heard it was no good so i got this one. And i gotta say i didn't think it was gonna work, but it works pretty well! i luv how my hair isn't sticky or hard from the spary and it smells REALLY GOOD! But most herbal essences products do :) And the price was awesome! $2.99 at target!

I have just started using this product, and so far I am very pleased with it.

Unlike many styling gels, this is not sticky or heavy. It gives a moderate level of hold while leaving the hair free to move. I think it works best for holding loose waves or a bed-head look, less so for a strong "stay put" hairdo.

I would definitely buy this again, though in the interests of full disclosure I must confess I received this one free to test. I recommend it!
