The Hikari eye liner color I got was STORM. It is a silvery color, but not sparkly.
The liner itself comes in a plastic twist container, so no need to sharpen it! I'd say that's a major PLUS!
Another plus is that the liner goes on nice and smooth, so no pulling of the eyelids!
