    Love this!

    I received this from ipsy and LOVE it. It's by far my favourite eyeliner. It's so pigmented and the tip is perfect for constructing a flawless winged look. Hardly smudges.

    This is a retractable eyeliner, and I've tried better.

    I find it smudges really easily and takes a bit of time to apply for full coverage.

    At this price point, I expected more.
