I decided one day to make my own lip balm. With only 2 ingredients: Nestle Carnation Hot Chocolate powder mix and petroleum jelly. This lip balm smells so good, good enough to eat, lol. When applying this product, I found out that you have to just sort of tap it onto your lips; as the reason because the hot chocolate powder mix didn't quite dissolve right. But, I'm also thinking it could double up a a lip exfoliant, as the powder mix feels sort of like a sugar scrub; only just for the lips. The petroleum jelly will help keep your lips hydrated and smooth.
