Well - its definitely healthier than oily fried chips but it can also easily hit your calorie intake (although it's a natural snack). The regular coconut chips comes in coconut long shreds that are very crispy. It's very clean, crisp and addicting to eat. It is refreshing to eat but can be finished too quickly.
