my friend recommended this product to me as I have had a lot of trouble finding a good leave in conditioner. I have super curly hair that usually doesn't survive a nights' sleep, and I often wake up looking like I was dragged backwards through a bunch of thorn bushes. This product gives me great day-after hair, and makes it very soft and silky, and just generally like I didn't get it caught in a blender at some point during the previous evening. You can use a lot of it at once and not get much gunky build up. Also, considering the fact that I use this leave in conditioner in conjunction with normal conditioner and no shampoo, the fact that I'm not digging gunk out of my scalp for the rest of the day is pretty impressive!

I have two caveats against buying this product; first is the association it has with breast cancer research. A lot of products that claim to support breast cancer research use this only as a selling technique, while a very small percentage of the proceeds actually go to the cause. It doesn't say on the bottle where the donated money goes or how much is donated, which to me is usually a warning sign. Second, it doesn't specify whether or not it was tested on animals. My friend picked this up for me when she got it for herself, so I didn't know about these aspects before I got it, and that is why I gave it a low quality rating. I wouldn't purchase it again, but only for these reasons. In terms of usefulness, it's a good product
