Gluten sensitive people: here is a dessert that you might be able to have. Instead of wheat, it has two thin crushed almond layers sandwiching chocolate cream, them coated in a slightly thicker layer of milk chocolate. There was a white layer that I think might have been the whipped cream layer. They all work to make a deliciously decadent chocolate cake that looks rather sophisticated when served to others. Price is decent, and preparation is easy - just defrost and serve.
