Must Have iPhone App
Especially if you're like me and trying to lose some weight.
I made a decision earlier this week that I needed to make some changes in my life and spend a bit more time focusing on what would make me a happier & healthier person. I need to lose a big chunk of weight and the best way for me to start is to get moving and make healthier eating choices.
iMapMyWalk is fantastic! I found it while searching for a GPS mapping/pedometer app. It's so simple and easy to use. You just click record a workout, hit start and off you go. When you're done hit stop and you're done. After that you can choose to update your Facebook or Twitter with your stats (time, distance & map) from your walk. They also have a website that you can connect to that offers you much more.
