Foam rolling originally developed as a physical therapy technique, but has now become the next best thing in the fitness world. You can use this foam roller in addition to fitness, or simple as a way to do deep tissue massage with various muscle exercises. Please keep in mind that while performing these exercises you will experience some discomfort and pain, but it should never be severe and your muscles should feel looser and better afterwards!

This foam roller is especially great because of the ridged design which helps penetrated muscles deeper and gets out the knots and kinks, especially if you are sore from working out or recently getting back into exercise! The durability is really good. I weigh almost 300lbs due to a number of health complaints and after a recent injury has healed am reinvigorating my workout routine. I found this to be a super helpful addition, especially on my back and legs, which is where I experience the most pain. I was really glad to see it didn't buckle under my weight at all and the foam texture is not so hard that it's super painful, it's just right. I'd recommend this to anyone working on their muscles who needs a product to help them from seizing up and get them back into shape.
