I bought Jamieson's Biotin 10,000 because it was the highest dose I could find in my local pharmacy drug store of all pharmaceuticals company that makes biotin in lower doses, this brand has the highest that I've seen so far. The pills are so small and round. Pink color looks like candy. I've bought two bottles and they contain 45 pills each. They were on sale at the time for 5 or 6 dollars. If I remember the regular price was 10-15. Not sure but I know what these prices of bottles usually go I take them everyday and noticed my baby hair growing longer. Why I started taking biotin?
Because I felt I was losing my hair while breastfeeding my now 14 months old. (Trying to wean) I think breastfeeding could be the cause of my hair loss. But it doesn't look bad. I'm in my early 30's and know the biotin is essential for my hair and nail growth to be strong. So I need this in my life especially as a woman who loves her hair.
